Yes, we do that! We have often been asked for a list of our services and we have been reluctant to give one. It seems that as soon as we produce a list, we have limited ourselves. However, one of the phrases we hear too often is “I didn’t know you did that”. So here it is, the list which comes with a big BUT…BUT this is not all we do.
Design Services

Pre-press Solutions
A key step to perfect print.
Our pre-press experts understand the requirements of preparing files for print and offers a full range of services including pagination (turning your single page files into a book), image editing, colour correcting, die-lines, mock ups and colour proofing. We are proud of our computer to plate technology which uses no harmful chemistry and is environmentally sound. Experienced with all popular graphics software packages on both Mac and PC platforms, we are prepared to handle almost any file. Offset Printing
Traditional excellence.
At JB Print Solutions we understand offset printing, it’s what we have always done and we do it well. We produce single, spot colour or full-colour offset printing using Heidelberg equipment. The pressmen at JB have extensive experience with offset printing; they are craftsmen of their trade. To put it mildly, we are passionate about the tradition of print.
Fresh off the press... Offset printing is a widely used printing technique where the inked image is transferred (or "offset") from a plate to a rubber blanket, then to the printing surface. You are always welcome to our pressroom to see how this process works. At JB we use vegetable based bio inks, recycled paper whenever possible and recycle all waste generated.

Digital Printing

Digital printing is the reproduction of digital images (from a computer) on physical surface such paper. At JB Print Solutions we utilize Xerox technology to produce high quality print on a variety of paper and label stocks to meet the needs of the digital market. With short run digital printing you can have products such as brochures, rack cards, business cards printed with quick turnaround times and you can choose to only print the quantities that you need for the immediate future. Let us show you how to incorporate variable data printing into your documents so that each piece can be personalized with your customer’s name or account information.

Large Format Printing
Think big - we do!
Let us show you how to make your brand and your message into big impact using large format printing. When you want to shout it out, try posters, banners, vehicle graphics, banner stands, signage, trade show graphics and more.
JB Print Solutions uses an eco-solvent ink jet method, printing up to 60" wide, on a variety of materials to create a wide variety of products for indoor and outdoor use. A range of finishing options expand the uses of your prints. Large format prints can be mounted on a variety of substrates from lightweight card, foamcore, cororplast to heavy-duty alupanel, plywood, and acrylic. Lamination is available in variety of finishes including gloss, anti-glare and dry-erase.
At JB Print Solutions we use a plotter to contour cut, expanding the uses of large format printing. What does this mean? Imagine your logo printed and now we cut an outline around it, or make decals in shapes, or cut traditional coloured sign vinyl.
Bindery and fulfillment

Our bindery services department offers a full range of in-house services that compliment our digital and offset printing capabilities handling everything from basic cutting, folding and stapling to more complex finishing including die cutting, kitting, mail preparation and booklet-making services. A special note to book authors and publishers…
Book printing and bindery at JB Print Solutions is available to self publishing authors. We focus is on maximizing efficiencies in the production of short to medium run (1 - 5,000) book printing. The printing of the pages is only half the job with books, we have many years experience in perfect binding (paperbacks), spiral binding (coil), saddle stitching, or case binding (hardcover). For some binding services we partner with carefully chosen industry partners to ensure your book is perfectly finished. As each book is unique, we quote individually on projects. We welcome publishers and offer special rates for frequent customers.
