Please read this entire page carefully before placing your order and note that by placing a request by email, fax, in person or phone to create/alter artwork, produce a sample or proof, or produce print is considered an order by JB Print Solutions Ltd. and by doing so you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

Pricing and Quotations

Prices quoted unless otherwise noted are based on clients supplying digital files prepared according to File Preparation Information guidelines. Failure to setup files according to these guidelines may result in additional charges. Prices quoted are based on our understanding of your request however you the client are responsible for ensuring the job specifications are what you want.

Terms of Sale

A request by email, fax, in person or phone to create/alter artwork, produce a sample or proof, or produce print is considered an order by JB Print Solutions Ltd. and by doing so you are bound to payment for work done.

JB Print Solutions Ltd. accepts cash, Interac, business cheques, money orders, Visa and MasterCard. Terms are COD unless otherwise agreed upon with our credit department before commencement of your order. If you have an account with JB Print Solutions Ltd. your terms are as per your account agreement. Some orders may be subject to a deposit. In the event that a cheque is returned for non-sufficient funds, the Client will be required to pay a NSF fee.

If your order is placed in the name of a company, you must be legally authorized to place this order for the company.

In the event of non-payments that lead to dispute and/or litigation, the Client agrees to pay all legal and collection fees incurred by JB Print Solutions Ltd.

Sales Tax

All Canadian orders are subject to HST. All British Columbia orders are subject to PST unless a valid PST number is supplied for exemption. USA Clients do not pay taxes.

Print Quality

JB Print Solutions Ltd. reproduces color from digital files as closely as possible, but due to limitations in the proofing and printing process may not exactly match color and density. A reasonable variation in color between original materials, proofs and the completed order will be considered acceptable print quality.

Clients must provide high resolution images (300 dpi) suited to the offset printing process. JB Print Solutions Ltd. is not liable for images printing poorly due to the client providing low resolution images.

Note: Make sure all files are CMYK. Conversion of RGB files to CMYK can result in dramatic color shifts. JB Print Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes.

Errors and Omissions

In the event of printing errors made by JB Print Solutions Ltd. or its suppliers, you will be entitled to a reprint of the exact same job with the errors corrected and executed on the next available print run. JB Print Solutions Ltd. must be made aware within 5 business days of receipt of the job of any manufacturing errors. All claims of liability or damages against JB Print Solutions Ltd. shall be limited only to reprinting of the exact same job even if this does not meet with the originally requested completion date.

JB Print Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for errors and omissions approved by the Client. Errors missed during the proofing process by the client are the sole responsibility of the client and will not result in a reprint.

Copyright

All images, photographs, trademarks and graphical work contained within the artwork supplied must not infringe upon the copyright of any original artist or owner of such artwork or registered trademark, or that it is used with expressed and unconditional permission of that owner.

The client will indemnify and hold harmless JB Print Solutions Ltd. from any loss, expense, and damages arising out of violation of copyright or trademark laws from the illegal use of images, photographs, slogans, trademarks, or graphical work supplied by the Client.

Delivery and Shipping

Turnaround times are approximate unless a specific deadline is agreed to in writing (email or fax) and although JB Print Solutions Ltd. will make every effort to meet these delivery times, JB Print Solutions Ltd. will not be liable for any costs or damages resulting from deliveries made later than expected to the Client.

Delays or damage during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier providing shipping services. JB Print Solutions Ltd. is not responsible for delays or damage caused during shipping.
